FAQ

What are the data exports?

You can export the results of your sessions from the Sessions’ tab on the Studio while your session is running or as soon as you closed it. The exports gather all the activities inputs from the participants. Easily analyze the individual or group outcomes once your download the exports.

Can I share my credentials to other facilitators?

A facilitator account is personal and you should not be sharing your credentials with your collaborators as stipulated in our General Conditions of Use. If two or more collaborators are trying to login with the same account, it will automatically disconnect yourself.

Is it possible to play the same session from different facilitators’ accounts?

If the scenario has been shared by the ambassador to several facilitators (in the case of a Team license), then each facilitator can play a session from this scenario from his own account.

How can I add a facilitator access as the administrator of the account?

If you subscribed to a Team license, you can add as many facilitators accesses as available in your license directly from the Studio.
If you subscribed to a Single license, you are not allowed to have any additional facilitator’s account unless you upgrade to a Team license.

My event hosts a very big number of participants (>10 000), can I use Sparkup?

We can adapt the infrastructure of Sparkup to bigger events. Contact us with details.

Can I cancel my license?

If you make up your mind in the month following your subscription, please send a registered letter with recorded delivery to Sparkup.

Do I have to install an app?

Sparkup platform is a web app accessible via a URL on your browser. There is no App to install, you just require a Internet connexion and the latest versions of Google Chrome, Safari and Firefox browsers.

What does the validity of the event mean?

Your event session is limited to 1 month, 3 month or 1 year, which means that the admin and/or your participants can access it prior or after your event day.
