Do you wish to organise an engaging Workshop and benefit from the group’s knowledge and collective intelligence?
With this scenario, you can accelerate and facilitate debates in the room, save time by highlighting meaningful debates, extract data and work with it after the event.
“Why are you here today?”
Break the ice with your participant. Early on in the day, ask them questions about their profile and expectations regarding this Workshop. This will help the instructor orientate debates and activities.
“Round table: Governance principles & KPIs”
The instructor divides participants into groups of 5 or 6. Each group has 15 min to think about the round table topic and suggest ideas. The instructor then asks groups to vote for the best ideas and comments on the results.
After a short break, the same groups must gather again. Each group has 20 min to formulate KPIs into another Brainstorming that could help implement the best Governance principles (5 or 6) voted on during the previous exercise.
“Your impressions on our day together”
The final speech also includes a daily assessment.
Participants give a score ranging from 1 to 5 for how satisfied they are with the session. The instructor can display the results to the audience if they wish to do so.
