The Event Awards, What Are They?
Each year, Republik Event organizes the Event Awards Night to bring together the entire event ecosystem and celebrate its players, innovations, and best initiatives.
This gathering is the occasion to present the Event Awards, which recognize the most outstanding innovations across several categories, including brand events, attractive venues and destinations, and the most innovative technological solutions.
We had the pleasure of competing in the Innovation Award category and winning the Gold Medal! The highest honor recognizing our technological innovations that enable brands to create virtual and hybrid events that are more human, engaging, high-quality—in a word: magical!
Behind the Scenes of the Victory: From the Grand Oral to the Awards Night
It all begins with the Grand Oral, a key stage of the competition that brings together over 120 candidates eager to present their projects to a jury of 25 decision-makers.
This high-level jury is composed of business leaders and professionals from the communication and event industries, representing a wide range of sectors — including Food & Beverage, Telecommunications, Healthcare, Retail, Banking, and more.
Each candidate has 6 minutes to impress the jury by showcasing the strengths of their project, followed by a 3-minute Q&A session to address the jury's questions. Projects are evaluated based on four essential criteria:
- Creativity, Innovation, or Strategic Positioning
- ROI, Impact, or Tangible Outcomes
- Eco-Design and Integration of CSR Dynamics
- Quality and Clarity of the Presentation
The awards are then presented on December 9th during the Event Awards Night, in front of an audience of over 800 professionals!
