Challenges

Each year, Saint-Gobain holds its International Finance Seminar, the annual gathering for Saint-Gobain's Finance team. This two-day event brings together nearly 2,000 participants. Saint-Gobain wanted to organize this event in a hybrid, multi-site format to connect several locations around the world. This choice raised the following challenges :

One of the key challenges for Saint-Gobain was to maintain the attention and engagement of both in-person and remote participants during 10 hours of live streaming, split into 5 hours per day.
